Welcome to the 10th Annual Wisconsin Charter Schools Conference. We look forward to bringing everyone together March 22-23, 2010 to the shores of Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin, a couple of blocks from the Capitol. To accommodate the continued interest of charter schools in Wisconsin, the 10th Annual Conference is being held at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, a masterpiece of Frank Lloyd Wright.
The conference is your chance to connect to people and resources to support your educational efforts. The Wisconsin Charter Schools Conference is not only for charter schools, but all schools interested in bringing innovative practices into the classroom. We will once again host mini-conferences and special day trips, so you can get the most experience from the conference.
This year's theme is Quality Happens. Quality is key and this is what you will see at this year's conference. We will be hosting Monday afternoon (right before the reception) Charter Schools and Student displays and presentations. Here is your chance to see the learning and action taking place in our quality charter schools.
The Wisconsin Charter Schools Conference is also a great opportunity for vendors and sponsors to network with charter school leaders. We are going to present the Expo Hall a lot differently this year. To kick-off, Monday lunch will be served in the Expo Hall. Besides the traditional vendor table, two round tables will be connected to the table where lunch will be served to attendees. This is where networking will occur. The same will happen during the reception and on Tuesday at breakfast and lunch.
Don't miss this great opportunity! We look forward to seeing everyone March 22.
