The Wisconsin Charter Schools Association offers opportunities for vendors to provide quality products and services to Wisconsin charter schools. The Vendor Marketplace links the Association's member schools with businesses that are committed to Wisconsin charter school market. Vendors participate in the program on a annual basis, and receive many benefits including a profile on the Association's website, continuously updated member directories, company spotlight in the Association's e-newsletter, and discounted rates on exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities at the Association's conferences and events. The Charter School Market
Charter Schools are public, non religious, tuition free public schools that are based on a performance contract with an authorizer. Public charter schools have operational and educational autonomy to implement an innovative educational program in return for accountability in the form of student outcomes. Their unique operational autonomy typically enables them to make supply-chain purchasing decisions based on their needs and priorities. As such, charter schools represent a unique market segment for product and service providers that wish expand their K-12 business. By the start of the 2010-2011 school year there are 206 public charter schools serving over 37,000 students in Wisconsin.

Every month the Association publishes an e-newsletter that is distributed to our membership and stakeholders. This newsletter features a vendor marketplace participant each month.
Annual Conference Discounts
Every year, the Wisconsin Charter Schools Association hosts its 2-day annual conference for member schools and others interested in the charter school movement both statewide and nationally. This event typically draws over 400 attendees. At this event, Vendor Marketplace participants who elect to register as an exhibitor will have the opportunity to present information to charter school leaders about the services they provide. Vendor Marketplace participants receive discounts on sponsorships, advertising and exhibitor opportunities. In addition, each participant will receive a 1/4 page B&W ad in the conference program.
