Over the past 4 months, WCSA has engaged in an in depth strategic planning process to reflect on WCSA's strong history and work, and to focus on what WCSA needs to do to continue its work in an ever changing environment.  WCSA is pleased to unveil the strategic plan that will drive development and operations for WCSA in the next 3 years.  The plan continues the important work of WCSA while encouraging growth and improvement in key areas:

• Supporting quality in the public charter school movement
• Increasing the quantity of autonomous, high performing public charter schools and the number of students attending them
• Improve the environment in Wisconsin for public charter school to help them thrive

Thank you to everyone who was involved in helping make this undertaking a success.  Thank you for participating in strategic planning sessions, listening sessions, and interviews.  The strategic plan is truly a collaborative document.
