Cleopatra: The Search for the Last Queen of Egypt
 at the Milwaukee Public Museum

Take your students on a journey through Cleopatra’s life and times, and learn about the archaeological tools being used to search for her tomb, both on land and underwater. This exhibit features nearly 150 artifacts, many just recovered from the Mediterranean Sea and Egyptian sands. Cleopatra’s story unfolds through high-definition multimedia and original soundscapes, including a complimentary audio tour provided to every student, giving a rich background to the featured artifacts. Recommended for grades 4+.

·         Schedule a field trip to see Cleopatra: The Search for the Last Queen of Egypt at MPM between October 14, 2011 - April 29, 2012. Call (414) 278-2714 to reserve a date and time.

·         Preview the exhibit at one of our FREE Educator Open Houses – 4:30 - 9 p.m. - November 10, December 8, January 12. Call (414) 223-4676 to register.
