Exhibiting at the 2007 WCSA Conference

Display your products and services at the Wisconsin Charter Schools FAIR on Sunday afternoon, April 15, and the Education Exhibit Show all day on Monday, April 16.

Reserve your exhibit space now! Print out the Exhibit Reservation Form (PDF) and mail it with payment to WCSA, P.O. Box 1704, Madison, WI 53701-1704.

Inform more than 400 teachers, school officials, parents, students, legislators, university people and community leaders about your products and services.

Exhibit Location
The Education Exhibit will be located in an area immediately adjacent to the general session and luncheon hall and breakout session rooms.

Exhibit Schedule

• Sunday Afternoon, April 15 – Exhibitors wanting to display their products and services at the Wisconsin Charter School FAIR on Sunday afternoon, April 15, may set up on Sunday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. Also, you may set-up in advance of Monday’s Exhibit Show anytime on Sunday afternoon until 5:00 pm. Please let us know if you'd prefer to set-up after 5:00 pm.
• Monday All Day, April 16 – Education Exhibits Show. Set-up on Sunday afternoon or before 7:30 am on Monday. Exhibits open at 7:30 am. People will come to the exhibit area beginning at 7:30 am for coffee / rolls prior to the opening general session.
• Exhibits will be open to conferees during session breaks.
• A reception and drawing of prizes will be held at the Exhibits Show later in the afternoon on Monday. The Exhibits Show will conclude following the reception, and you’ll then be able to take down and remove your display.

Exhibit Space Fee
$400 for exhibit space and standard 8' skirted table.

Advertising Opportunities
Reach your target market by advertising in the conference program and/or WCSA's Winter 2007 Newsletter. Full page = $200, Half-page = $100, Quarter-page = $50. Print out the Advertisement Form and mail it with payment to WCSA.
