WCSA Mission & Vision
The Wisconsin Charter Schools Association (WCSA) is a statewide voluntary membership organization of charter public schools and friends of charter public schools. WCSA's Board of Directors includes twelve individuals representing charter public schools and their interests from across the state of Wisconsin.
Mission:
To promote unprecedented levels of student success by helping to build the capabilities
of
charter public schools in Wisconsin.
Organizational Values:
We base all our decisions on what’s right for students and live the following shared values:
- Excellence. We expect quality from our schools and ourselves, drawing upon the power of innovation, options, and the widespread adoption of best practices.
- Equity. We are committed to equality of opportunity and access in our organization and the schools we support.
- Leadership. We aspire to lead the state charter movement with an unyielding commitment to quality, empowering schools to help all children thrive.
- Accountability. We actively promote accountability within the state charter sector and hold ourselves accountable for results.
- Integrity. We operate with credibility, honor, respect, and transparency, modeling the behaviors that we promote in our movement and schools in all that we do.
